His secondary roles continued again with films like 'Annayya', 'Budget Padmanabam', 'Tirumala Tirupati Venkatesa', 'Ammayi Kosam'. And he bagged an award for his performance in Nee Kosam. It was Nee Kosam directed by a debutante director Srinu Vaitla, that once again proved to the Telugu Film Industry, what it is failing to notice - A very talented actor. He did some secondary roles in Premaku Velayara and Padutha Thiyaga. Though he got a good name for Sindhuram, his career did not profit much from that.
